License. Ezzo Budget grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software for personal financial planning. The free trial allows limited usage. Purchasing a license key unlocks unlimited usage for one user.
No financial advice. Ezzo Budget is a budgeting and organizational tool, not a financial advisor. The calculators, projections, and summaries provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
Data responsibility. You are solely responsible for your data. Ezzo Budget stores data in your browser's local storage and does not create backups on your behalf. Use the CSV export feature to keep backup copies of your financial information.
No warranty. Ezzo Budget is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
Limitation of liability. Ezzo Budget and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or decisions made based on information provided by the software.
Refunds. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the product before purchasing.
Changes. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
